Hey,
I'm Katrina.
I am a twenty-three year old, married, mom of one. Turning pictures into art is why I love what I do. A big part of my photography journey comes from a dark place of wanting so badly to make light any way that I could. Capturing people, nature, wildlife, and pets in their best moments have been that light for me.
I take pride in capturing these photos because it is not just a job to me. Pictures are art, nature is peace, and filming them is the light at the end of a tunnel.
Family
My husband and son are the reasons why I pursue my hobby of photography. They came into my life when rock bottom had hit and taking their photos, capturing the light inside of them, sharing that light with the world is what pushed me to continue.
Creating beautiful memories with the ones I love most and sharing that vision with the world is an escape for me. An escape that allows me to show the world that there is beauty in everything. Family is always a good place to start your photography, mine just happens to be photogenic no matter where we go.
Creating powerful imagery.
Finding the perfect moments to capture the natural world can be so tough, but very rewarding. Those perfect rainbows, clouds of gold, the trees in fall. Whatever it may be, creating a powerful image of the world is the way to go. Allowing others to experience the beauty and peace of nature through photos.
